This manoeuvre is likely to be carried out in a public car park, supermarket car park or similar. The candidate may be offered the choice of where to carry out the manoeuvre, I recommend you should try to find a relatively quiet area to park.
Remember candidates are being assessed on their control of their vehicle, and their ability to complete the manoeuvre safely (observation skills) during the driving test.
